Creating a Masterpiece of Work and Love
You come home over-the-moon excited about another project or idea.
Your partner listens — maybe — and shares some interest but maybe not as much as you’d like.
When they ask for your attention, you don’t give them your time… or attention.
Don’t they get it — you’re under pressure, you’re in ‘the moment’ — why would they interrupt your flow like that?
Of course, you wish you could just drop everything, jump in bed, and come back with that same inspiration before the interruption.
You don’t want to lose that moment… but you also don’t want to ignore your partner.
Why do you have to choose?!
When I was in my 40’s, I had a picture-perfect marriage in so many ways, but I was dying inside.
At the time, I thought his bottomless need for attention was a problem. I felt like I had to escape from him to have space to write. I'd shut my office door and breathe a sigh of relief, finally able to hear myself think.
He wasn’t the problem. I didn’t know how to ask for what I needed in our marriage in a way that brought us closer instead of driving us apart.
I put up walls instead of setting healthy boundaries. I didn’t know how to arrange my work and marriage so both of the loves of my life could thrive and not compete with each other.
I'm now partnered with a man I adore, who shares my view that the purpose of our relationship is to support each other as we grow.
We’re co-creating a relationship designed to hold all of us: our depth, our brilliance, our creativity, our sexiness, our playfulness, and all of our messiness.
Our relationship feeds my writing and inspires me in my work with coaching clients. Insights from my writing and coaching feed and deepen our relationship.
I finally understand, from deep in my bones, the nourishing power of a great relationship. I no longer see love as an afterthought or as a distraction from my creative purpose.
I intentionally evolved my two loves from a clunky love triangle into an elegant love circle where my partner, my work, and I can thrive. I now know my purpose in life is to show others how to evolve as well.
While leaving my marriage was the right choice for me, that’s not the takeaway here. For work-driven professionals who also want a fulfilling relationship, there's hope for you.
This customized experience will show you how to be more of yourself while inspiring your relationship to grow with you.
Imagine feeling free and joyful, sharing your true self in your work and your relationship.
Imagine how much more fulfilling your relationship will be when you no longer feel torn between your work and your partner.
Just think how much more energy you'll have to invest back into getting what you want.

Relationship Artistry consists of three key arenas for reaching your work and relationship goals over the next six months.
This is where we’ll spend a significant portion of our time because we cannot manifest true greatness in love and work until we recognize the greatness within. No matter your background, culture, religious experience, relationship status, head trash, or any other baggage weighing you down, you deserve love.
That may sound ridiculous… and if it does, that’s a good sign you need Arena 1.
Intrinsically, as the beautiful, complex, and extraordinary human being you are, you truly deserve love. That’s why we spend so much energy and attention in this first arena. It takes time to create new neural pathways to replace old mental habits that aren’t serving you or loving you well.
Awakening radical self-acceptance is about getting deep into your soul - what’s holding you back from being at your best? Let’s fix that. We’ll explore powerful somatic techniques for feeling your true “Yes!” and your true “F*** no!” This means better decisions, less second-guessing yourself, and greater ease with whatever life throws your way.
This will align you to see the biggest blocks to fulfillment in your work and relationship. You will learn specific tools and strategies to overcome those obstacles, especially when work or love are stressful, for a radical new experience of self-acceptance.
“Throughout the day I’m constantly using the tools Marie-Elizabeth gave me, from big things to little things. I’m more aware of my natural reactions, which helps me deal with them way better than before. I’m in a much better place mentally and emotionally. I always looked forward to our sessions and am so thankful for our work together. It’s really been life-changing.”
— David Ayllon, Art Director
It’s virtually impossible to have true connection — what I call Conscious Connection — without first awakening radical self-love. That awareness guides you into the second arena where you start building essential skills to be a better partner.
Whether your relationship is stagnant and stale or vibrant, what if it could be better? Imagine being fully aligned together and free to express your love through conscious connection in every area - including the bedroom.
It takes grit to align your life for conscious connection. You need to create the relationship you want, not just default to the one you have right now, even if it’s already good. The first step is becoming more selective with the behaviors, values, and boundaries you champion with your partner.
Here’s the not-so-sexy part: you also need to own your shit. Can I say it’s easier to own your shit when it’s just you working on yourself in Arena 1? It’s a lot messier when you start owning your shit in your relationship. It means you work on how you show up, speak up, listen up, and give your partner what they need.

What’s your Deepest Why — the profound purpose for your very existence? It’s what shakes awake your soul in even the cloudiest moments. It’s what arrests your attention at any time of day. It’s the gnawing question you can’t ignore until you find the answer. That’s your Deepest Why…
…and it invites you, your relationship, and your work to step forward in an aligned, powerful way. This reaches toward the height of your potential: creating a masterpiece of love and work in Arena 3.
This is your invitation to fulfill greater meaning and significance with every part of your work and love. Arena 3 is where we develop the context to remind you why you do what you do -- and why it matters in the first place.
Your work in Arena 3 will give you more clarity than ever before, so you can stop flinging yourself through life hoping for the best. You'll expand your inner cohesion and personal power as you pursue your Deepest Why through your work and love.
“Prior to working with Marie-Elizabeth I was in a place of personal change, transition and rapid growth with a desire to give myself as much permission as possible to continue taking steps for myself to live my fullest life, one true to my own sense of joy and openness.
As a result of our work together, I'm more fully in tune with what I really want (or don't) and much more engaging my body and spirit for decision-making rather than mostly my mind. I've worked with professional coaches before. This is very powerful and very different because of the integration of all forms of ourselves, our relationship with others and our relationship with work.”
— Stephanie, Software Executive
Our six months together are designed to evolve the painful Love Triangle you’re in now between your work and partner into an elegant Love Circle. We'll work to integrate your loves into a supportive, fulfilling whole with key conversations and growth work:
We'll meet for an hour over Zoom three times a month with customized growth work to support you between sessions.
We'll also have one three-hour VIP Deep Dive Sessions in the middle of our program. This will allow us to explore specific topics to a greater depth, recalibrate our focus as needed, and stay on track with your goals.
You have the freedom and invitation to communicate with me via email at any time during our program. No need to wait for our next call to share the questions, concerns, and wins that matter right now.
